> There are NO PETS permitted in any of our
    rental properties.
> Smoking is only permitted outside and some homes 
    do not  
   permit smoking at all on the premises.
> House capacities are strictly enforced.
> Damage deposits are required prior to rental
> Rules of each property must be adheared to or you
    may be requested to leave without a refund


RESERVATIONS:
In order to confirm a reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental rate. We accept this payment via bank to bank wire transfer or by PayPal below. Upon arrival the balance will be required prior to check in. This can be paid by cash, Visa or Master Card. There is a 3% convenience charge for credit card payments. 

If your vacation dates are within 30 days of making reservations, then the full payment is required to hold and confirm your reservation.

All information provided is for the sole purpose of assisting you with your vacation booking. None of the information you submit is ever shared with anyone else.
Click here to make payment for your reservation. A 50% deposit is required to hold your booking, with the balance paid upon arrival. If however, your vacation dates are within the next 30 days, full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
