There are two additional rooms that can be used either as additional bedrooms or as  a media room and office. The spacious living room has marble floors, a massive palapa roof and there is a dining area.

The swimming pool is the crowing touch on this home, with views as you cool in the pool with drinks or swim a few laps. There is also a jacuzzi below and gorgeous tropical gardens with lots of color, palm trees and a grassy area for lawn darts or badminton!

US $2000. per month

Maid service is inlcuded 2 x per week and pool cleaning 3 x per week along with yard work and general maintenance.  The rental rate does not include your consumption of electricity, or use of Internet as both are in addition to the rental rate.
