This unique oceanfront estate with private beach was constructed in 2004, and is the ultimate Mexican luxury vacation rental featuring:
2 Oceanfront Master Suites, each with king size beds and sitting areas; 2 Deluxe Oceanside Suites which have 2 queen size beds & another sitting couch that is also an additional comfortable bed; 2 garden bungalows have 2 queen-size beds each & large luxurious bathrooms; All bedrooms and suites have large private 3 piece bathrooms;The media room features an oversize wraparound couch and satellite TV wireless internet.

All rooms have air conditioning & ceiling fans. Beachfront dining area seats 26 people and features an incredible illuminated onyx table, which can only be described as a work of art. 3000 sq foot Great Room with bar and games area facing ocean. A total of 17 beds sleep 24 people with a total of 9 bathrooms. Grand total of 15,000 sq feet of living space in all with 112 feet of private oceanfront. 
(There is an additional separate 3 bedroom, 2 bath house for staff). 

Rental Rates for Casa Cumana #1
 
US $1,000. per night for 1 - 2 guests and $50. per night for each additional guest. (Children age 2 and under are free.)

Easter, Christmas and New Years rates are available by request.

Rental rates do not include food, beverages, gratuities or fuel for vehicle used for guest purposes. These items are additional to the rental rate but are charged at regular retail pricing with no mark up.
